Student-Athlete Participation Requirements

Before student-athletes can compete, parents must register their athlete for their sports team(s) using Arbiter Registration.

  1. Create/Log in to your account: Access Arbiter Registration to get started.

  2. Physical Form (Paper): Print the Physical form, have it completed and signed by a physician, then upload the signed document directly to your Arbiter Registration account.

  3. Online Forms (Digital): Complete the remaining forms digitally during the registration process:

    • TCA Athletic Release

    • TCA Concussion Form

    • KHSAA Athletic Participation & Consent

    • KHSAA Medical History

All Trinity + KHSAA athletes must have a sports physical within the last 12 months to participate in practice or games.  Trinity Athletics Sponsor Aptiva Health offers a Sports Physical + Baseline Concussion Evaluation for $30.  Book today at aptivahealth.com.
